Where is my order?
Question: How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping delivery, but usually 5-9 days depending on your shipping choice.

Where is my order confirmation email?
Your confirmation was sent to the email that you used when completing your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you didn't receive it.
Some items were missing from my order!
We may send your order in multiple packages. The rest of your order is on it's way and should arrive within a short time frame.
Refunds, missing or damaged items?
We happily refund or replace any missing or damaged items, please just contact us and describe the problem, if at all possible send a photo of any damaged items.
Change Of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return it, that's just fine. We will refund your money with confirmation of a shipping tracking code. Please contact support to receive our most convenient return mail address!
